Our History
Prachi Pimpalkhare and Aniruddha Pimpalkhare founded a proprietary company in 2011. Gouri Ashturkar, Sachin Ashturkar, and Rohit Phadnis joined as partners soon after that. Founders spun off part of the company as Fair Share IT Services Private Limited in 2016.
Rohit Phadnis is solely responsible for managing the marketing and staff augmentation team. Since he is facing clients directly for WordPress websites and SysPro, these teams feed daily progress reports to him.
Gouri, Sachin, and Aniruddha manage the core software engineering projects in their domain and technology expertise areas. These projects use technologies like Android, iOS, Laravel-PHP, Ruby on Rails, Angular, ReactJS, and JAVA to develop and support web portals and mobile applications.
Aniruddha is also responsible for the overall administration, compliance, payroll, and resource management.
Prachi Pimpalkhare is solely responsible for managing a team of Japanese translators and teachers. Two hundred active students are learning Japanese at our institute.
